·   Administered Tier 1 customer service Help Desk support, along with the responsibilities for immediately responding to and resolving computer, printer, and network issues for all personnel. 

·   Worked with customers in person, by phone, using BMC REMEDY ITSM, or by sending emails in troubleshooting and identifying customer’s issues, as well as ensuring all work orders not resolved at the Help Desk are immediately assigned to the appropriate IT Group.

Outside Plant Technician

·   Provided Operation and Maintenance for all voice and data cabling throughout Camp Arifjan.  Cabling consist of approximately 8,000 standard telephones, 32 Red Phones, 6 Red Switch Special Circuit, and also over 15 miles of fiber optic cable, DSL Node which we provided both copper and fiber connectivity. This is in support of a wide variety of users, both Military and Civilian using both Commercial and Tactical assets.  Also
